Mystic Owl LLP (mysticowl.in) now offers Cash on Delivery (COD)! You can pay through credit/debit card, UPI, and Net Banking. 

If you receive a damaged product or want to cancel the order, you'll get the refund using the original mode of payment. Read our Return & Exchange Policy to know more. 

Thank you for choosing and trusting Mystic Owl. The following are our Shipping Policies applicable to domestic. 

Estimated Delivery 

All orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Please note that the delivery time may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you regarding the delay. 

Delivery Partners 

We have chosen the best delivery partners to provide seamless and on-time delivery. We deliver to most pin codes in tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities. However, we might choose another partner to deliver in remote areas. We will inform you about any changes. 

We have the right to refuse delivery to specific geographic locations. Please refer to our Terms of Service Policy to know more. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once our delivery partner dispatches your order, you'll receive the tracking number(s). You can track your order anytime from anywhere. 

Delivery Grievance

Any issues related to the delivery should be notified to Mystc Owl LLP through +91 88665 02220 or mysticowlindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, the parcel will be assumed to be received by the rightful owner, and no further dispute for the cases shall be entertained.

Shipping Cost 

There are no extra taxes or hidden charges. The Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout. So, please pay attention to the breakdown of the order charges.
